      Training facility is a great place.

      Cons

      Project number are less, if you get a project then you are lucky otherwise after few months you have to leave organization. They give you options to relocate other locations to get projects. 8hrs is mandatory in office, if you are on banch then very hard to complete 8hrs. Outdoor games facilities not available.

      1. In last 2 years where many big companies did not follow appraisal process but Synechron followed always on time. 2. For new employee always good offer.

      Cons

      1. Only cons is , if you are on bench then they are not having many opportunities.
