Very nice people and staff that cane help with being carefull, having the right equipment that meet the jobs needs.

Cons

Extreme heat worning, can easily burn yourself with fresh welds. Some workes pigyback on other workers by taking WIP and hanging it on thier hooks then lying on thier count sheets.
