Inexistent Project management skills: you have management, calling senior professional at any hour of the day demanding that they stop what they are working on and preventing them to focus on their tasks. Learn to respect your employees. Please go to a 101 management course. Read your emails. Yes, emails are still a mean of written communication. Sorry but the use third party Instant messaging apps alone doesn't cut it. Please use technology wisely.
