      Pros

      Companies only pro Saturday and Sunday off. Work Life Balance good.

      Cons

      1. Rude, Arrogant & Bad Seniors, one of the main reason, they will blame you for their mistakes. 2. The CEO of the company himself he is not clear, that what he wants to do in Project. 3. When the time comes for your appraisals, they will start saying, we are not getting any input from you, even if you perform really good. 4. Lowest Salary. 5. No Job Security. 6. No good infrastructure. 7. Liar's in every thing.

      Pros

      I’m working with Synoris Information System Pvt. Ltd for the past 2 years. Since day one at work the seniors are very helpful & guide in every way. This has helped me grow in my carrier and helped to achieve my goals. Good place to work.
