Pros
Super encouraging environment. The skills used in the office are all the most advanced in the field. The Boss is nice and inspiring. The team is young and energetic. The work-life balance is quite good comparing to the other architectural office
Cons
Kind of too small if considered as an issue. Not many projects going on and most will not be developed to the DD phase.
