The best part about Synthesis Health is the mission. We're working on genuinely difficult problems in healthcare that have a real impact. The engineering team is filled with smart, dedicated people who are great to collaborate with. Leadership has a clear vision for where the company is headed.
Cons
As a fast-growing company, our processes are still catching up to our size. Things can be chaotic and priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging. Like many startups, career pathing and compensation bands aren't always transparent, so it can be hard to see a long-term path.
