      1. Good place to learn SPM / product engineering, design & development. 2. Direction set by MD's and driving it in right way. 3. Very good employee retention.

      Cons

      1. Inter department coordination need to be improved. 2. HOD's must unlearn personal egos and learn industrial best practices to achieve org level goal. 3. Senior employee(s) from manufacturing team to be given an awareness training on "Behavior skill with others in professional way". 4. Org level HR policy & other polices have to be finalized and made available in black & white.

      1. Nice people around you. 2. Good learnings (Depends on your role) 3. Food is available, leaves are kind of less strict. 4. Good for experienced people, good pay. 5. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes much more pressure. 2. Have deal with multiple departments. 3. Be careful, this company might be a COMFORT ZONE for you which will you make you lazy. 4. Few Average ppl are there, if u join with them, you will also become average. 5. For freshers the in hand salary is less.
