Every day is different; there is always something new to learn or situation to handle. Staff are highly motivated, intelligent, resourceful, and fun. Manager advocates on my behalf regularly. Great company values.
Cons
Little opportunity for advancement. Salary bands are reasonable, but difficult to climb ladder within bands. If company were to be acquired by different owners, this could be alleviated.
