      Autonomous and Nurturing Environment focusing on professional development of the employee . Competitive Salary and Benefits . flexible work timings with focus on work done rather than on hours spent on a desk. Weekly cross-team activities are conducive to make friends with similar interests . quite diverse workplace with employees from employees all over India .

      1. Great place to grow and learn. Constant encouragement from the team to suggest ideas or changes. 2. No room for politics. You come across any issue, you can talk it out and have it sorted. 3. Mentorship by seniors is top-notch. 4. Remote working is also an option. 5. Time-flexible.

      Cons

      1. Its a startup. So the expectations are high from everyone. 2. Salary can be more competitive.
