I will never recommend anyone to join this company. It’s honestly the worst workplace I have ever experienced. Let me explain why: Cons: Rude and unprofessional senior behavior Constant micromanagement Salary delays — sometimes 3 to 4 months late Poor hygiene and dirty washrooms (worse than a public toilet, with insects around) No proper full and final settlement — they didn’t pay my 2 months’ pending salary No job security — employees can be fired anytime without notice Extremely high work pressure with no appreciation Working on Saturdays and sometimes even Sundays No work culture or work-life balance Strict and inflexible timings Don’t trust the positive reviews — we were told to write those fake reviews as part of our job.
