Absolutely no recognition of performance, rather ur manager take your credit n throw you under the bus, dont get fooled by the boastings and false promises being made during interviews to hire you, you're just a pawn in the game, n they ll pin you n throw you under the bus. Everybody is on the edge , always there are layoffs.
