      Pros

      - Great Team the people are top notch - The team building is thoughtful & fun - The work area is light & easy & open - Most employees are good people - Salary and bonus program is average - Reviews happen on a regular basis

      Cons

      - inner circle is completely true - you're only treated well when you're making money for the company - middle management is horrible - one owner is intense in the aspect of being completely ADHD - gossip exists and its comes from the very top down & encouraged - one owner is genuine the other owner is money driven only - this company has turned into a corporation and it's no longer a desirable place to work

      Pros

      Great accounts, culture with lots of activities and minimal turnover. The company makes an effort to reward hard work with fun.

      Cons

      If you don't fully participate in the cult you will be ostracized and pay is mediocre. One of the senior leaders is a leader, the other makes people uncomfortable.
