- Most of those great people have left. It's a sinking ship and the smart ones are taking off. - Sysomos has been playing catch up to competitors for so long now it's unlikely they will ever be on par - 5 CEO's, 2 Rebrands (or was it 3?) too many direction changes to count - we're not talking a slight pivot here either - no idea where to land - So many reliability issues over the years customers no longer trust Sysomos - HQ is a ghost town - The company is really a shadow of its former self. Which is too bad because it USED to be a fantastic place to work. Not anymore

Poor management, starting from CEO all the way down to other managers. Lack of communication is the norm. Product suffers from instability and frequent downtimes, frustrating for employees and customers alike. Disjointed efforts, switching of responsibilities without forethought or announcements.
