there is no one to listen and no one to talk to in management. md never comets to office. hardly there was atleast 1 or 2 people who all could go to take complaints but now no one is there. current person itself doesnot work and thinks rest all should work. leader itself never comes to work in time but wants others to come?? leader always wasting time only talking and not working and trying to set example how is it possible? no one from corportae team work and have breaks. CEO not approacheable but says open door. CEO doesnot talk unless he has work. otherwise for him we all are fools and he alone is great.
