They pay well with nice raises each year.

Cons

The boss of the company says he offers tuition reimbursement to help you further your education but when you ask him about it, he will deny it to you. Very poor health insurance benefits. If I were to take their health insurance, it would have cost me $260 per month out of pocket. It was cheaper to pay for it myself at only $190/month. High dental and vision premiums. Christmas bonus for all employees is $30. Yes, only thirty bucks. The boss of the company is extremely paranoid causing him to get angry very easily over nothing at all.

Contract support staff is small. No real Human Recourses Department within the company.
