I worked with Systemax for less than a year and there is nothing good to talk about: - Had to work in outdated technology - Had to work long extra hours to meet unrealistic deadlines - I was given a set of unrealistic deadlines every week by my manager, for which I had to work almost 12-15 hours every day. - Appraisals were pathetic and I was never given a good reason as to why they were bad. - A lot of times there were differences in opinion between my manager and my manager's manager which would eventually lead to more work for me. - Many of my colleagues had to leave the company because of bad higher and lower management.

I moved to India from Americas and got into Systemax. Management was annoying. I was hired as a Business Analyst and they made me do Data Entry. No growth. No learning experience. Lots and lots of politics. Management consider people who are personally favorable.

1. The legacy technology stack. 2. Not willing to work on the new stack. 3. Increments are very low. 4. Technical leads are of no use as they lack technical expertise. 5. All the testing are done manually no automation. 6. Politics. 7. Buggy software development.
