      Pros

      Work from home, timely pay, double pay when local holidays are workdays in client's country.

      Cons

      It is not a place of learning or growth, resources are task-doers for the client and most stakeholders aren't tech aware. Also, Egypt's office is like a sub-sub-contractor of Dubai's Techvista, so quality of work and collaboration is awful. If you get used to the mundane you might lose your sharpness and downgrade your skills, so this place is good as temporary.
