      Worst Company Leadership Ever Experienced

      Pros

      Employees working on military installation contracts are left alone and have little interaction with company leadership.

      Cons

      Company leadership has very unreasonable expectations for corporate employees. Most office employees are required to "wear multiple hats" which means over-worked and under-paid to save money on overhead. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS ORGANIZATION!

      Very quiet workplace. Plenty of parking.

      Cons

      Terrible management, won't listen to any suggestions, plays favorites, micro management, stressful and hostile work environment. counts every single minute you're in the office and you're in trouble if you're even just 5 minutes late.

      Office is so quite. You can hear your heart beat.

      Cons

      Truly awful "leadership". No checks/balance in places, so no rules actually enforced when rules/laws are broken. And they are broken, often. No surprise if shut down within the year. You are expected to do multiple jobs without the appropriate compensation.
