The rapid growth has led to complete chaos in many aspects. Most engineers are handling tasking normally associated with two to three full-time engineers. Management gives some lip service to acknowledging this but does not truly value the effort being put in each day from the people doing the work. Communication is severely lacking on multiple levels and upper management has a bad habit of micro managing. Upper management is two faced, tells you one thing and does another. Pay has been low historically but they seem to recognize this. There is little to no formal recognition for hard work outside of a passing comment from direct supervisors and spot bonuses are non existent.

People have made clear on here most of the downsides - bad pay, toxic culture, 0 opportunity for advancement, irresponsible management of some dying projects. One hoped that the recent acquisition would lead to some kind of shakeup but things are the same as ever. Special shoutout to lack of safety standards in build rooms & during tests & people being required to transport hardware in their personal vehicles. Also beware of ridiculous fake reviews from HR on here like "wow 9/80s are so great!" - it should be clear what is happening when you see only 1 or2 star reviews with random low-effort 5 stars thrown in there.
