      No common policies!! Fully partiality!!!

      Pros

      moving to new office is good but please don't carry the partiality rules and policies.

      Cons

      management is doing favours for few employees even though that employee is fresher, fully partiality, no common policy for every employee, policies are different based on the employee, only company having different timing for each team, bonus plan(fresher are not part of bonus plan and all others are affected with this plan), etc, everyone has to work at least 14 hours a day and also stay in night and work from morning, no one cares about employees health, hr's are brainless, if we call him and update any of our health issue immediately he will tell 'it will be LOP for you today' he not even care about anything, but he will act like a caring person with ceo and leads, also i am seeing lots of false reviews with 5,4 stars here from employees for a very little cash from management.

      Pros

      I joined here as fresher and learned many things in terms of technology and personal life also. It is a good company for freshers.

      Cons

      After I left Sysvine, I joined in another company and realised there is huge gap between Sysvine and other companies. In terms of technology, process and other aspects. Finally I felt that, "Thank God I let Sysvine in right time". It's nothing to deal with company size. There are small companies making more profit and growing drastically.

We always are a proud company that gave chances to people like you to enter the software industry when no one else gave you a chance. However, by putting your thoughts here in GD, you are hindering the same opportunity that would have given to another individual with similar background like you, except with better ethics. If you genuinely want to help the ladder that you climbed to be where you are, please contact us (even by an anonymous way, by a postal mail or any method) with your thoughts. If you just recollected your past a bit on how you were a fresher and the first 3-6 months at Sysvine and how you are today, you would remove this review. It is sad for us to see that you simply forgot your past and imagined you reached this stage without pains to you and the company. No pain, No gain! HR
