Meandering Dots... not connected...

Pros

Most of the employees are quality, good people. 75% of benefits paid for by company. Vast improvement in HR in the last year. Generally a safe environment to work in.

Cons

Ownership doesnt seem to follow thru with all statements that would benefit the employee. Reviews are stated to be annual in company handbook but are not honored on a 52 week basis. Employees may need to work 18 months for a 12 month review. Employees with longer tenures "get away with murder", much nepotism allowed. Inconsistant messaging from management.

Pros

Benefits are ok. Coworkers are fantastic. If you want a straight up job, this is the place.

Cons

Management have all been there for years. This company is stagnate and I don't see any growth in their future. That translates into no growth opportunities, at all. The owner gave this business to his son. His son just runs numbers and does not see the employees as people. This is unfortunate. The workers that are here are really great.

Pros

- The owners of the company are great, however, they no longer manage the day-to-day operations of the company. Since then, the company has taken a swan dive.

Cons

- Management will throw employees under the bus to save their own hide. - Managers will unilaterally move employees to different roles within the company w/o consulting the employee. Also, they'll give the illusion of giving the employee a choice to accept the role, however, it's either accept the new role or get let go situation.
