Are you desperate for an I.T job in ME or need quick money to continue paying your EMI in Dubai, look no further, this is your place. But if you have any ambition about your professional future( such as career growth), don’t hesitate, just walk away.
TACME is more like an ‘accidental’ company, many professionals have helped it to grow from a startup like thing to a large I.T firm, most of whom eventually got exhausted and exited for their own good and there is another major population of parasites clinging to their sweaty seats for years who constantly damage the spirit of the company as well as their colleagues. By the term ‘accidental’ means even most of well-dressed,good-looking,educated,metro-sexual people you encounter there have no idea what professionalism means. The internal operations and HR are mostly based on assumptions, literally. If you ask anything about a system they will say they are trying to implement something called professionalism( which isn't done yet). The only time when you get a chance to leave a feedback is during the exit interview, not even that is available for the unfavored ones. Overall there are no hard and fast rules in the company, because rules depend on who you are. Another weird fact is the company openly adds some of the dysfunctional relatives of important people in the firm into the workforce, just because they are relatives. I think there is a quota for it and I have encountered 3 of them during my tenure. The firm will continue to grow for sure as long as there is supply of cheap I.T labor from Asian countries like India, Pakistan and the top level leaders know how to use them wisely.
In TACME you may find a job, but chances of a career is meager.
