Pros

I certainly can't think of a reason to recommend working here.

Cons

After accepting a job offer for an AE role at TAMI, leaving my previous role and relocating to London, they decided to pull my offer just seven days before my start date, despite having signed legally binding documents. To make matters even worse, Liz (CEO) who was my main contact and offered me the position, didn’t even have the basic level of human decency to call me and tell me, not an email, nothing. She simply sent a message to the recruitment agency and then refused to discuss the situation. This shows a complete lack of integrity, morals and respect. I would actually like to thank Liz for making this decision as I couldn’t imagine anything worse than working for someone who thinks treating people this way is acceptable. Anyone thinking about taking a role at TAMI, I wish you the best of luck, you will certainly need it!

Pros

The people are relatively nice and easy to get along with Nice office

Cons

The business doesn't really know what they are doing. There is no direction from the CEO and any strategy changes by the next day. They keep changing their minds on hiring and firing people and generally get it wrong. Being called a phone pig or a grunt is very disrespectful by other team members as well as being shouted at to get on the phone. The sales team in Ireland are very dismissive of London and there is a huge amount of gossip which goes on in Ireland about London team. No flexibility with remote working. The CEO says she cares about the staff, but doesn't. She thinks taking people for drinks occasionally is enough. There are no benefits - life assurance, medical etc. although was promised from day one. The product itself is below par compared to the competition. A very hard sale and no belief from the sales team in it. Commission and salary is low - told you can earn lots of money but never happens. Any big deals the CEO works on and doesn't share, all big deals have been closed be her.

Pros

The employees (who arn't family) are the only positive.

Cons

Where to begin. The CEO! My goodness, delusional doesn't cut it. She thinks she's built a software that's rivalling Cognism and ZoomInfo when in reality she's being laughed at. Before you take the job I IMPLORE you to take a trial of the software, you'll be laughing too!! She will tell you that VC funding is 'just round the corner' when in reality they've been waiting on this funding for 4 years. Do not fall for it. The last time they actually did get funding they burnt through it faster than you can blink and have 0 to show for it. The bills don't get paid on time (Finance is managed by a family member) meaning a plethora of issues. Sometimes you're locked out of the office, sometimes your Salesforce doesn't work, sometimes suppliers haven't been paid meaning you've got stale data and sometimes you're pension contributions arn't paid on time. Brown envelopes turning up at the office are a regular occurrence. Again you'll find yourself laughing, but not because its funny. Assuming you're in sales for the commission good luck on this front. No one has ever earn't big here. Targets are unachievable and even if you do hit you're paid a pittance. Once you haven't hit the astronomically high targets for a couple f months you are discarded as a poor rep and the CEO will look to sack you. I could go on and on but hopefully you have the message by now. DO NOT ignore the other negative reviews on here they are all accurate. The positive ones are posted by the CEO and her family members, see 'google for business', 'CEO is best in class' etc. If you are desperate enough to still want the job after reading this then I wish you the best of luck and look forward to reading your Glassdoor review of this dive when you inevitably leave.
