      Pros

      Handful of people will knowledge they want to share with you. Most are willing to help you grow your career. Great place to get a taste of working in a manufacturing setting with no experience.

      Cons

      A company that does everything they can to keep employees that create a toxic work environment of bullying, harassment, and lying. Management pretends to care about your development by providing false hope of advancement but will not carry through.

      Pros

      The direct managers/leads and team that we work with are very helpful and hands on in the work load. The culture amongst employees is friendly as well.

      Cons

      The upper management is so disconnected from procedures on a day to day basis, and are only ever seen on the floor when they try to exert a form of intimidation. Management is not scared to show who they favor for growth, while telling others that they are not qualified. The fact that leads delegate work that is given to them also causes a lot of miscommunication from the top down.
