      Pros

      Relaxed working environment. Verry willing to train Honestly if you're looking for work experience I suggest starting in our customer support and working your way up. It's a great college Job. But you should focus on your degree and then move somewhere else.

      Cons

      Full of nepotism at this organisation. Very difficult to move up and the pay isn't very good.

      Modern tech stack. Exceptional coding standards. Phenomenal management. No micromanaging. Great CTO and CEO.

      Cons

      SysAdmins are a problem at any company, but TCNs particularly wreak havoc on company culture.
