This is a one religion company. They only hire those religions for there better ment. If by chance you get hired you will be terminated due to unnecessary reasons. Don't join for salary ( they will not mention you the deductions) too many cutting. Food is worst ( every employee complains but no use) Management is scrap ( they gossip about your personal life and body shaming)

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT , Absolute worst HR's out of all companies I have worked for , people get terminated over petty things so that they do not have to pay them in lieu. The company uses and abuses employees , the hike is horrendous (4% if you were a good performer) Micromanagement is an undersell , they monitor your ins and outs and make people sit where they are asked , they manipulate facts and twist things to use their influence so that people dont get what they are deserved

No PROS at ALL .

Cons

There are no incentives for sales . Targets are high and our ctc includes variable pay which is given as incentive. That too you can receive only if thier target is met . Targets are given way high than client requirements. Just for management to be in good books of the client . DONOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT. You barely get leaves if you are sick , even if there is leave balance in your kitty . It has to lapse down . Becuase leaves willl not be approved at all . Assistant manager says -No LEAVES WILL BE APPROVED. And HR SUPPORTS THAT .
