Good learning. Good projects to strengthen your basics

Cons

No proper culture followed. Can be asked to work 15 hours a day. No over time given for extra hours worked. Billing oriented company does not worry about employee. Company location can change depending on the budget and employees are ask to travel on their own.

I have been interviewed for the position of solution architect . After 4 rounds they found I am not suitable candidate. So there interview panel is so talented that they need 4 rounds and 2 months of time. Avoid such companies for taking interviews. Don’t waste time
