      Pros

      I Cant think of any thing worth mentioning here.

      Cons

      Top management mainly consists of friends and colleagues in colleges and B grade achievers thoughout their careers. Thankfully their close friend managed to establish the company of the size of TEOCO which I believe is $150 Mn company after the latest acquisition they do. After every acquisition, they do is to cut the salaries of the employees and then boast about it. Top management is hypocrites and one man driven company.

      Annual picnic and party. Nothing more to state, to complete the minimum 20 word criteria for filling this section.

      Cons

      Very poor salary - 50% as compared to industry stabdards Absolutely non transparent management Business profit maintained by very low salaries, as a result of which all good talent has left Several egoistic people in management with no idea about reality and customer management All decisions are based on favouritism
