      None, none, maybe can work remote

      Cons

      Lied about layoffs - leadership said everything was good and their people were the most valued asset, then laid off 100 people. Unlimited PTO is a sham, not unlimited, you can only use as much as you would have accrued under the old system. Leadership is sexist and only hires relatives of other leaders or long-time employees.

      Pros

      Have only been here for a short period of time, but can already tell the culture of the Timonium, MD location is incredible. You have a full support system anywhere you are in the company - and there are always new opportunities coming up that allows you to stay with the company but explore different areas of the company. Another PRO is that they really prepare you for the role you're working - we spent 3 weeks alone just in training and learning about the company which was incredible!
