You have a large turnover rate, and you need to start listening to your employees and stop lying to them. You all decided to change work hours and pretty much told anyone that came to you with concerns to "figure it out yourself" when they tried to tell you they can't work the new hours, and then wondered why so many people left. You will keep taking on work when the manpower isn't there. There was one person I walked by that mentioned not having had a day off in months. You wont take the time to upgrade machines, but then get angry with employees when they aren't hitting the impossible numbers you set because the machines aren't working. There is no communication, and I can't count the amount of times I have seen a fire exit blocked. The people that are still there need to start considering starting a union because they deserve better.
