This has to be one of the most toxic environments I've ever encountered in my career. There are things you brush off every so often, but their actions during Covid were abhorrent. Employees were expected to devote their entire life to this company, no matter what struggles they were dealing with due to the pandemic. They were told that they should be grateful to be there, and had other companies' layoffs held over their head every single day. They were also forced to tell senior management what EXTRA work they would be mandatorily putting in to make the company succeed. The positive reviews you may be reading are entirely fabricated - forced to be written by senior management. I agree with another review that says that anything you are told in the interview process is a complete mirage. I also would suggest any internship candidates look elsewhere - you should not be indoctrinated to believe that this environment is anywhere near normal or okay. I would tell anyone that even in this hard time, this job is not worth it. Keep looking.

This whole place is essentially one big CON. I get together with some of the people I used to work with at TH and the stories we share are classic. There aren't too many senior people at TH as nobody who has worked anywhere reputable in the past is willing to put up with the tyrannical behavior that occurs daily at this company. Sure, the event/experiential space is filled with horrible people but TH may very well take the cake when it comes to immature, horrible behavior. There's better options if you are looking for a job in events.
