Pros

very agile, lean management, empowered teams

Cons

conflicts among managers and departments go a little over what you'd expect compared to other places. People may be doing a great job, but they're typically not happy and proud about it

Pros

Dynamic, energetic and relatively lean management structure. Good bonuses

Cons

Conflict among different areas, even in the same functional area. Extremely short-term focus. High pressure to deliver results with no rewards afterwards. Endless list of high priority projects. No processes and support areas not willing to support you. HR is just a cost reduction area, always forcing managers to motivate teams with no meritocracy. Seniors managers, executive managers and directors do not get inflation adjustment...every year salary goes down 5% to 8%.
