Before I start - I worked at the company for a few years, and managed to squeeze some great experience out of it - but at a terrible expense.
They make promises and have no intention of keeping them. "We will pay you more if you hit this target." The target is ultimately unachievable.
When you don't hit your target, you're told that your "lucky to still have your job" - which is used as an excuse not to pay you the incorrect wage.
They hire younger staff (which seems like they are giving out great opportunities) but they are actually just capitalising on cheap labour. I know this because I've been one of those younger staff members.
With the threat of "being fired" hanging over your head, you work harder and harder, for the same low wage, sometimes doubling your hours, hoping to finally "prove yourself". This will be futile, trust me.
In summary - they treat their staff like slaves. I'm an incredibly determined, driven individual that managed to learn a lot at the company. Would I do it a different way i.e. go back in time and work somewhere else if I had the option? ABSOLUTELY. Nothing will change how insignificant this company made me feel.
