Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, flexible hours, easy communication with managers/other employees/boss/owner, room to grow/raises, interesting job to be able to see and learn to analyze different heart rhythms and arrhythmias
Cons
It is a small business and office so sometimes between vacations, sick days, etc someone needs to come in somewhat last minute
