      Usually plenty of overtime Regular learning opportunities Propietary product with good client base

      Diabolical managment Client management is an utter shambles Communication is terrible No team or management support Don't expect any training or support Absolutely no job perks or rewards Semi competitive salary but not great Don't expect any job satisfaction

      Pros

      Call logging system easy to use. Engineers are very friendly.

      Cons

      Management - terrible communication from management, shouting and bullying tactics used. Not a friendly office environment, a lot of in house dramas and politics which is very distracting.
