A sinking company but ok for fresh graduate

Pros

Some staffs is good and really helping. Good for fresh grad only. Not many staff will stay more than 2 years.

Cons

A lot of talented staffs but they don't want to show up because the management will take advantage. HR dept is only heavy sided with management. Treat staff really bad. Management don't know how to do the work, they always feel there are better than any companies but actually "Juara Kampung" minded. 8 years I worked in this company, but I don't see any new innovation until last year.

Pros

Good thing about this company is still under TM Berhad so company still able to give good remuneration to staff. If they are standalone, they won't last long.

Cons

Unhealthy working environment coz higher management are mean people. Good staff either die/sick because of overwork or they jump to other big company.
