the employees are the only thing this place has going for it.
Cons
The CEO is a tyrant. He can't let anyone make a decision without his approval. He undervalues his employees and refuses to pay you a decent salary (unless you are upper management). It's common to see him screaming and cussing up and down the halls when something isn't going right and he will publicly humiliate and shame you in front of your peers if you do something wrong. His management style trickles down to all the department managers so you are essentially just being micro managed by everyone who thinks their titles mean something.
