      Pros

      Multiple, highly challenging projects to manage. Occasional down time in between projects. Convenient office location when not deployed out of state.

      Cons

      No support from upper management. Material orders, equipment were constantly late which often included orders being submitted incorrectly. Eventually assumed the role, got my own quotes, then submitted the information to the office to make sure the correct items showed up and in a timely matter.

      Pros

      +Part of M+W Group with lots of resources. +Training Available and company will pay for training to improve employees. +Stable with good benefits and pay.

      Cons

      -Very unorganized for being part of such a large company. Standards are not in place or not enforced. -Poor communication within company and within sister companies -Poor growth
