Nothing, Everything is bad & not supportive at all.
Cons
To begin with they dont have a proper KRA for any role, anybody do anybody’s work. The management only cares about organization, hierarchy, structure but no work. The Office & its working culture feels like toxicity to its very core, literally. They dont even have proper office. Early morning timings and to top of it can’t come late also. No work from home support. Career growth is as usual slow.
