      Pros

      There is too many good things going on at TPD and it all starts at the leadership level! Paul is a genuine person FIRST and visionary second, He is then surrounded by True Leaders from Operations, Finance, Growth and especially PEOPLE Practice. They support their employees with Technology and enable everyone to succeed through an ever evolving practice and Technology that moves with trend, time and industry best practice. Did I mention they take care of their people? and not only their People but their People's People and PETS. TPD isn't just a company it is a collection of individuals coming from a very diverse background brought together by their love for what they do and are very good at it! everyone should take a page from TPD's boo because this is what Talent Management and Talent Acquisition should look like in the real world!

      Development is a continuous process and we are all in this process together

      Pros

      -Really great people. Everyone is friendly, helpful, solution-focused, intelligent, energetic and supportive. -Beautiful downtown office with stand-up desks and a gym. -Really hands-on management. -Fun employee-driven culture. Lots of opportunity to suggest new ideas. -Just the right amount of autonomy and support. -Lots of clarity in purpose and goals.

      Cons

      -With flexible work options, the office can feel a bit empty. -Lots of technology to use and learn.

We work hard to ensure our culture and people are one that amazing talent such as yourself want to be a part of. Thank you for pointing out some areas we can improve upon as well! With the changing technology space, we understand that it can be a lot to manage. We have implemented some great training programs that help TPD'ers navigate these technologies and we hope to continue to enhance how we consume these systems. Also, exciting news is that we have grown our team by another 7 people so the space will start to really fill out! We are working on a hoteling system currently because there will be so many people in the office. Thank you again for your feedback.       A great place to start your career!

      Pros

      - A lot of variety in your work. No one week is like another. - Great exposure to a wide variety of industries. - Room to grow your career and explore other areas of the business. I've personally had the opportunity to work with 3 different departments so far because I asked for it. - As you prove yourself you'll get full accountability over clients and deliverables. - Big enough to deliver but small enough to care. I can tell that my manager and members of the leadership team genuinely care about my career growth and development. - The culture and the handpicked team is fantastic to work with. Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. - Open to new ideas and changes - Ability to work remotely - I could go on but I'd recommend you experience it for yourself by applying to our openings.

      Cons

      - Not necessarily a con but candidates coming from bigger/multinational companies need to be aware that TPD isn't as big as our competitors currently but we're getting there. Hence, benefits and other perks aren't as appealing. - When budget allows, kindly requesting for new computer systems preferably actual computers and not tablets. - VOIP system

We pride ourselves in the technologically enabled workplace we have to offer our amazing team members and are glad our openness and agility have made a great impact on you. From a development perspective, thank you for bringing these areas forward as some areas of improvement for us. I'd like to address one specifically, but know all of these items have been shared with our leadership team. Hardware (Computers) - We recognize there have been a number of technology challenges over the last couple of months around the current hardware we are using. Our IT team is hard at work and will begin testing a few different systems with some select power users in the Vancouver office through the month of August and we will be making a new hardware purchasing decision by the end of August. Keep an eye out for this change coming very soon! Thank you again for being a part of our Collaborative and Fearless team at TPD!

      Great people, fun environment. I've been really enjoying working with my team, everyone is very helpful. The team is very competitive (in a healthy way) and motivating

      Not clear yet on company mission, vision, but it sounds like the leadership is working on it and keeps everyone up to date.

      they have very flexible schedules and treat everyone equally. they also have decent pay rate

      are not many cons but the job is inconsistent, shifts are cancelled regularly especially during covid
