Now that TPG is privately owned (previously owned by Omnicom) the company has grasped the fiscal responsibilities head on and has positioned TPG Direct on a successful path for years to come. The working atmosphere is excellent and I really enjoy working with this great team of marketing professionals.

Cons

The hours can be long at times but that is to be expected for an Advertising Agency.

Pros

Few of the people were great fellow employees. Benefits were really nice, probably because of Omnicom.

Cons

Senior Management CEO was incompetent, rude. abrasive, insensitive and overbearing. CEO had unrealistic request, and had no problems yelling, screaming or cursing you out in front of coworkers. There were no opportunities for upward growth. No training was available. It was nice having pets in the office other then when you were on a call and they started barking.
