Lack of transparency, internally and externally. Too many things are covered up. Customers are lied to, constantly. No accountability on management. Japanese firms don't believe in firing people. You could actually work here, do a lousy job, and never lose your job. Just go along with the office politics. Get accustomed to a reactive work environment. Only the Asian employees are relevant here. Problems are ignored until it escalates until a big problem, then management gets involved.

No accountability. Company struggling hiring talented workers. Engineers being sent back for classes, to become competent. Employee resignations are frequent. Many people quit on the spot.
