      Pros

      Good Salary from US but torturous working conditions & HR-Mgmnt politics is not worth any penny. Lots of scope for improvement, but then, who is willing to improve or change except for the pressure on ground level clinical engineers to change? US team showcase to care about India team, but do not accept that problems are created by their 'trusted' 'tenured''favorites' sitting at the top in the form of directors & HRs.

      Cons

      Immensely political in nature where people are threatened,mocked, hostile work conditions created against them,reputation tarnished- all with the help from HR ! Managers forced to write fake complain emails against others as per directors' instructions,whom he chooses to 'remove from his path'. Obey the 'orders' until slavery or get fired. Who cares for anyone's career anyways here? Definitely not your manager or his manager & surely not HR.

      Pros

      They do not throw rotten apples out, but will 'help' them spoil other good apples. - Yes it is a bad place for career serious,creative, hard working performers. So overall, no advantages (nor hope) as such at India center with current mgmt.

      Cons

      'Values driven' is a BIG joke. Yes, whoever has to drive it is the first to break it openly!! No proper questioning of the intentions of the wrong people. No matter whomever you involve. Support from decision-makers to current leaders with half knowledge is the slow poison that will kill it eventually.
