Pros
Other than having okay computer software, I can not think of any.
Cons
Benefits were absolutely the worst and they were expensive. The pay was below average. Caseload's were too high. Did not provide adequate training on new laws. Management expected you to work overtime, without pay & their expectations were way to high. Management showed little respect for employee's.
