The supervisor was very understanding and di what they can to help you succeed in the role.

Cons

- The workload was too much for what they were paying. - HR went to dollar tree to "buy" Christmas prizes for company event. - Even if you get promoted and trained during the middle of the year you do not get the pay until the following new year ie. Feb-March - In this position there is no room to grow.
