Cons
- There is no experience faculty for guidance, except company owner (technical manager) - Less time allocated for training. - In probation period you have to attend office on every Saturday(generally 6 moths). - All activities noted in camera and reviewed everyday. - Even notice period is of 3 months!! - Less paid leaves, 14 to 15 in a year only. - Most of the work assigned end of the day, peeps endup staying late normally - Work pressure is extremely high. - Management team don't follow strict policies for everyone, it varies person by person. - At least 18 months bond for experienced/fresh developer. Even during appraisal, you will be asked to renew the bond period. - Non-veg food isn't allowed to eat inside office(if it matters to you) - Most of the non working saturday you will get call often to cover pending work. - Almost no beneficiary perks for employees.
