Dear reviewer, We have only 4 Team Leads who are directly reporting to General Manager. 3 of them were starting-up the company from the first day (took part on the construction of the company, so they are especially committed) and the 4th one joined us on July. __We are sure you can’t be one of them__, nor you work for us, because if you did you would know that the problems you point out would be your direct responsibilities. Please, if you are not who you say you are, avoid doing these kind of comments as you won’t achieve anything, and please quit the company that is putting you in the position to post such comments (Hint! we are hiring!).

Pros

Overtime is paid Co-working are nice International environment Free language classes Pay was ok for me I did learn that gcc accepts functions with 120 characters.

Cons

-Company is very chaotic -Nobody cares about the product over the long run. -Code review is you just asking somebody to say it's ok. Nobody really reviews the code -Project's are really chaotic -The product is a good idea, but the internal code gave me permanent eye damage. -No proper training on the product -Adding a lot of new functionality even when the core components don't work -Bugs being fixed in one project are often not fixed in a different project. -Managers and HR don't really care about there own people. They are mostly busy with getting new people in. -Work tends to be boring and a lot of the same -Office are very dark a depressing. Had to even work for a couple of days without airco and 30degrees. -No team building activities -No possibility to work remotly

Thanks for your feedback. In a 2 years old company there’s room for improvement and feedback will reinforce if we are on the good direction. Thanks also for sharing this inputs via face-to face as it's important for us you can provide this openly. Quality standards in place, team leading focusing 100% on people, new organization, employee’s surveys and new offices as planned and commented to all of you will solve those issues. Changes need some time and you are part of them, so collaboration is always need. Thanks for giving us opportunity to improve.

Pros

Some of the colleagues are very nice with professional behavior and with good work experience.

Cons

The company is managed by managers with no experience in their field or without any sense of responsibility for their work. And this leads to unprofessional behavior and bad decisions. They need first to get some experience in software development industry, to understand how it's working and maybe only after that they can try to manage a small team to understand how they should behave themselves. It's a pity that the quality of people that leads in this business become lower and lower every day.
