i would say silence in the office most of the time. Friendly colleagues. Great for fresh grads to START but move on in 2 years.
Cons
No AWS no 13month all based on "Performance" bonus but it wont be even a months worth. OT will not be paid so work life balance is never there. Increment is never stable.

Bad cutthroat superiors. Unsympathetic towards genuine personal concerns. Very quick to judge others. They think it shows strength to be cut and right whereas true strength lies in being kind and receptive

Even though it's a MNC, it is ran like a local company. Inflexible and top-down management approach. Salary is lower than average, no AWS.
