      Pros

      Decent pay, decent benefits, decent people (excluding management) and an overall decent workplace.

      Cons

      Management, who includes middle and upper levels, are completely disconnected with every single department for which both are responsible. In terms of setting examples for the rest of the company team, providing ample communication in regards to company plans and goals and having an overall grasp of general industry knowledge, this management team is severely and embarrassingly deficient in both. In summary, this is the most poorly managed company in my over 20 years of working for both distributors and manufacturers.

      The production staff, sales team, and office staff are all great people to work with. Everyone gets along well.

      Cons

      Senior management (USA) has no respect for the employees. They do not stick to any sort of direction or goals, but expect results.
