The CTO lacks basic people management skills and does not know how to build a healthy work environment. They believes they are creating a positive culture, but the reality is very different. Decisions are unclear and the team’s input is ignored.
Unprofessional Behavior
There is verbal harassment and unprofessional conduct in the workplace. When employees report these issues, nothing is done. Management does not take complaints seriously.
Very Low Salary and Payment Issues
∙ Salaries are much lower than market rates
∙ After I resigned, they did not pay my final salary until now (over 1 week late according to Egyptian Labor Law)
∙ Instead of paying what is owed, they use pressure tactics and manipulation
