Poor leadership from CPTO, The CPTO lacks both fundmental people managment skills and technical skills and always claiming that he can do your job in few hours. There is regular unprofessional conduct in the workplace that includes verbal harassment and management doesn't act on them. Salary was withheld when i wanted to leave the company which forced me to escalate my case to the Egyptian labor office before the company paid what was owed.

Very Short Staff and Too Much Work The company has very few employees but expects a lot of work. You will work like 3 people but get paid like half a person. This causes burnout and stress. They believes they are creating a positive culture, but the reality is very different. Decisions are unclear and the team’s input is ignored.
